These plans are available to individuals who are not part of any employer group. If you are leaving a group, you have options for extending coverage.
Smart Select℠
Smart Select is available to both individuals and families under 65 years of age.
Smart Select is an individually rated HMO product that covers a variety of preventive care services including immunizations, health screenings and maintenance exams, and even offers a separate maternity deductible. This product is priced with several deductible options to appeal to a wide audience.
OneBlue℠
OneBlue is available to individuals, married couples and families under 65 years of age.

Personal Plus
Personal Plus is available to individuals under the age of 65.
Personal Plus covers most preventive services such as office visits, immunizations, and vision and hearing screenings, as well as hospitalization and maternity services — subject to a preexisting conditions clause. It does not cover prescription drugs, durable medical equipment or dental services.
BCN Advantage HMO-POS℠
BCN Advantage HMO-POS is available to all Medicare beneficiaries entitled to Part A of Medicare, enrolled in Part B, and residing in one of the following Michigan counties: Allegan, Barry, Bay, Calhoun, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Gratiot, Ingham, Ionia, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Monroe, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oakland, Oceana, Ottawa, Saginaw, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Van Buren, Washtenaw and Wayne. Premiums vary by county.
BCN Advantage replaces Medicare coverage with comprehensive HMO coverage. Choose from a variety of plan options designed to fit your needs and budget.
MyBlue Medigap℠
MyBlue Medigap is available to individuals eligible for Medicare.
Now that you’re eligible for Medicare, you have new options for health care coverage. MyBlue Medigap offers comprehensive coverage that’s convenient and helps protect you from the high cost of health care.
BCN 65
Available to: BCN members at least 65 years old and enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.
BCN 65 works with your regular Medicare benefits to cover more of your health care costs including Medicare Part A deductibles and copayments as well as Medicare Part B copayments. BCN 65 also pays for some benefits not included in traditional Medicare.
