Online health resources

BlueHealthConnection^® offers you an integrated total health and wellness program at your fingertips. Through BlueHealthConnection, you can keep your healthy lifestyle on track with health information, a health assessment, online tools, online coaching, a nurse support hotline, and more. To explore BlueHealthConnection, members can log in to Member Secured Services and select the Health and Wellness tab. Log in to Member Secured Services now!

Health assessment

All members are invited to complete a health assessment online, which can identify risk factors. The information will serve as your guide as you develop a personal action plan to stay well by reducing risk factors or better manage chronic health problems.

Worksite wellness

Our health educators take our staying healthy message to the workplace, providing free on-site health screenings and information.

Reminder calls

Our automated call system reminds members who are late getting medical tests or screenings and encourages them to follow up with their PCPs.
