Your time frame to qualify for enhanced benefits
New Healthy Blue Living members
At the start of the plan year, you’ll automatically receive enhanced benefits for the first 90 days. You must meet plan requirements within the deadlines to keep enhanced benefits. If you don’t:
- Everyone on your health care contract moves to standard benefits on the 91st day of your plan year.
- You’ll remain with standard benefits throughout the plan year.
Continuing members
At the start of the new plan year, you may have enhanced or standard benefits:
- Complete an annual online health assessment.
- If you have enhanced benefits, complete the requirements to keep them. If you don’t, you will move to standard benefits 91 days from the start of the plan year.
- If you have standard benefits and meet the requirements, you will move to enhanced benefits 91 days from the start of your plan year.
