Durable medical equipment
Northwood Inc. supplies outpatient durable medical equipment, as well as prosthetic and orthotic appliances for U-M Premier Care and GradCare. When your primary care physician or specialist determines you need durable medical equipment or prosthetic and orthotic appliances, he or she will issue a prescription for the equipment. You may only obtain the equipment and supplies from an authorized Network 1 Northwood-affiliated provider. To locate a Northwood provider call 800-667-8496.
