Behavioral health services

Behavioral health (mental health and substance abuse) benefits are available without a referral from your primary care physician. You may call 800-482-5982, toll free 24 hours a day, seven days a week to:

• Obtain information about your mental health or substance abuse benefits
• Get help in an emergency
• Obtain a referral for mental health or substance abuse services
• Find a behavioral health provider in the network
• Request a different therapist
