We provide coverage for the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of diseases — including the management of pain that may be associated with them. We consider pain management services an integral part of a complete disease treatment plan.
Your primary care physician will coordinate your pain management treatments. For your specific coverage, refer to your General Provisions and Benefits booklet.
