Enrolling is easy

Are you eligible?

If your employer, union or other benefit administrator offers BCN Advantage as a health care option to retirees, you may enroll if:

For most services in Michigan, you will need to seek medical care from network providers.

Note: If you enroll in BCN Advantage, dependent members on your contract who are not eligible for Medicare must enroll in a Blue Care Network plan. You will need to complete an election form for them.

If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact your group's benefit administrator. Are you a member of the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust or the Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System? Click on your plan name at right for enrollment information for your plan.

How to enroll

Your Medicare Advantage plan is provided by Blue Care Network through an agreement with your current or former employer or union. If you'd like to enroll in the BCN Advantage plan, please contact your group's benefit administrator.

Your group's benefit administrator can also answer questions about your group's enrollment period, plan costs and specific benefits.
