Provider Search for PCP Focus network
Members living inside the seven PCP Focus network counties must select a primary care physician from the PCP Focus network to have medical services covered.
The PCP Focus network includes health care providers inside the following seven Southeast Michigan counties:
- Livingston
- Macomb
- Monroe
- Oakland
- St. Clair
- Washtenaw
- Wayne
