Blue Care Network has a network of qualified practitioners for your health care needs. Doctors and facilities listed in our online directory may participate in some health plans but not others. Your health plan is shown on your ID card.
Blue Care Network plans
Select Blue Care Network if you are a member of Blue Care Network HMO, Healthy Blue Living, Healthy Blue Living Rewards, Blue Elect Self-Referral Option, Blue Elect Plus Self-Referral Option, BCN65 or Blue Care of Michigan.
