We partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to provide dental and vision coverage to groups with two or more eligible contracts. To purchase dental coverage through Blue Care Network, groups must also purchase health care coverage from us.

Vision Coverage
We partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to provide vision coverage to eligible groups.
Groups with two or more eligible contracts are eligible to purchase vision coverage if they purchase BCN health coverage through a participating association or chamber of commerce.
Groups that do not purchase BCN health coverage through a participating association or chamber of commerce must have 10 or more eligible contracts to purchase vision coverage.

- Employer groups with a potential enrollment of 100 or more employees — contact a Blues sales representative.
- Employer groups with a potential enrollment of fewer than 100 employees — contact a Blues managing agent or an independent insurance agent.
