Blue Elect Plus offers the comprehensive coverage employees need plus the flexibility they want.
Members have a primary care physician to provide and coordinate their care. Having a PCP means a member is more likely to get preventive health care on time. Having a doctor in BCN’s network guarantees outstanding quality and service. Healthy employees are key in keeping your health costs as low as possible.
When Blue Elect Plus members need more flexibility, they can self-refer to any doctor. No referral is needed.
Members pay the least when they remain in network. Certain preventive services are covered only when members receive them from a PCP. Whether the doctor is in our network or not, certain services require our prior approval in order to be covered.
