With this plan, the employer assumes the risk for the claims cost. For a fee, BCN processes claims and handles other administrative services.
Available to: Employer groups of 500 or more enrolled contracts.
Based on our standard plan, this plan provides comprehensive coverage to protect your members at a lower premium cost. You can customize the product by selecting a deductible that's appropriate for your group.
With this option, your employees can select a BCN primary care physician and then seek care from other providers. Individuals decide where to obtain services, and their choice affects their out-of-pocket costs.
Our Medicare Advantage plan replaces Medicare coverage with comprehensive HMO coverage. Members can add Part D prescription drug coverage or one of our commercial prescription drug riders.
This plan works with an employee's Medicare coverage. It fills in the copayments that Medicare does not cover, and it pays for some benefits Medicare omits. Benefit summary
