To change coverage, contact your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan sales representative or your independent agent.
Can our group make coverage changes anytime or just at renewal?
You can make one change throughout the year except during the last three months before your plans renewal.
How much advance notice does Blue Care Network need before a change is processed?
That depends on the type of change, but typically 35 business days are sufficient.
How will BCN keep our members informed of changes?
Whenever your group adds or changes a rider or certificate, we let your group members know by mailing them the latest information.
