Quality and evaluative studies
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network have a large repository of health care utilization data We use this data to research to research health care services and trends by comparing the Blues population to the national health care population; along with the impact new health care trends might have on the Blues and our members.
Through rigorous data analysis, we evaluate the cost, quality and utilization of programs and products and apply this knowledge to improve health care.
